We offer refunds for enrolled students under the following conditions:

1. Standard Packages (32/64/128 Lessons)
Refund Eligibility: Request within 30 days of first lesson (payment must not exceed 180 days).

Deduction: First 4 lessons will be deducted + 10% admin fee.

2. Down Payments
Non-refundable once paid.

3. Package Upgrades
Refund Eligibility: Within 30 days of first upgraded lesson (original payment date ≤180 days).

4. Installment Plans
First Installment Only: Refundable within 30 days of first lesson (max 180 days from payment).

Subsequent Installments: Non-refundable after payment.
